As head of the German life sciences team at Korn Ferry International and as a partner at Heidrick & Struggles, I have gained first-hand international experience in consulting and leadership. As leader of the German Life Science team at Korn Ferry International and as partner at Heidrick & Struggles I collected firsthand business and leadership experience at an international level. Experienced Coach with top credentials<\/h2>\n
I am a systemic interactive coach with a degree from the artop Institute. I am also currently completing my Master's degree in Executive Coaching at Hult Ashridge. I am a certified HOGAN assessor and INHESA Master of Health and Self Care Coaching. As an associate faculty member at Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences, I have taught courses on human capital management and am currently teaching a course on \u2018Change and Transformation\u2019 in the Executive MA programme at BHT Berlin.<\/div>\n

Before entering the leadership consulting world, I earned a PhD from the Free University Berlin and served as assistant professor at the university\u2019s John F. Kennedy Institute.
