At the same time, I have led numerous large-scale, international assessment and development projects as part of M&A activities or executive development programs for Germany's largest life sciences companies.

Founder

With the founding of Boardside in 2020, I am following my passion for executive coaching and assessment. At Boardside, we focus on career coaching and consulting as well on leadership assessment across a wide range of industries. 

Experienced leader in top advisory firms

As leader of the German Life Science team at Korn Ferry International and as partner at Heidrick & Struggles I collected firsthand business and leadership experience at an international level. At the same time, I have been leading numerous large scale, international assessment and development projects in the context of M&A activities or leadership development programs of Germany’s largest LiveScience companies.

Experienced Coach with top credentials

I am a systemic interactive coach with a degree from the artop Institute. I am also currently completing my Master's degree in Executive Coaching at Hult Ashridge. I am a certified HOGAN assessor and INHESA Master of Health and Self Care Coaching. As an associate faculty member at Ludwigshafen University of Applied Sciences, I have taught courses on human capital management and am currently teaching a course on ‘Change and Transformation’ in the Executive MA programme at BHT Berlin.

High Level academic education

Before entering the leadership consulting world, I earned a PhD from the Free University Berlin and served as assistant professor at the university’s John F. Kennedy Institute. During my three-year stay in the US, I received a Master’s degree from the New School for Social Research in New York.
